Noting that:
- The Trip Fees paid by the passenger is consist of The Contribution Cost (CC) paid to the Driver + The Service Fees (SF) Paid to RAFEEQ.
- The Contribution Cost (CC) will be transferred to Driver’s Wallet after 48 hrs. of the end of the trip to give the opportunity to the passenger to submit any complain or claim thru RAFEEQ System.
